Penn State edges Davidson 59-57

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) Jeff Brooks scored 12 points and Penn State held off Davidson 59-57 Sunday in the third round of the Charleston Classic.

Davidson had a chance to tie the game, but Brendan McKillop missed a jump shot from the lane and time expired in the ensuing scramble for the rebound.

Jake Cohen led Davidson (0-4) with 13 points and nine rebounds. (MORE)
